What life coaching offers

We often experience our world through a filtered lens – sometimes that serves us, sometimes it doesn’t.

My job as your life coach is to show you that filter;
you get to decide if you want to keep using it.

Your friends are there to support you.

A counselor helps you get back to baseline functioning.

A life coach is here to show you that you can uplevel your life.

FAQs

  • A neutral outside perspective in a 1:1 online setting.

I assume that you are functioning at a high level.

I am not here to take your (or someone else's) side.

I do not have a vision of what your life should look like.

  • What drew me to my first coach was the chance for 1:1 coaching. I want to offer that to others.

  • $2500 for 12 sessions (45-min each) to be completed within six months.

    That's a lot of money.

As a valuist on my path to FI (financial independence), I carefully consider where and when I spend money. Coaching has been worthwhile for me.

Before signing up for coaching myself, I spent years considering the decision. If you are in the same boat, please take the time you need. I'll be here.

There are a lot of great free resources available. I will post in my blog about the ones I have found useful to me. Maybe they would be helpful to you, too.

Some people can transform their lives with free resources alone. If that is you, that's wonderful. I was not one of those people. If you want 1:1 attention to help you apply the lessons you learn, book a free consult with me.

    Free consult

  • We can talk about anything you want.
(Even though I am a physician, I am not your physician and will not be acting in that capacity during our coaching sessions.)

If you don't have a specific topic to discuss, we will start with basic financial literacy topics (not financial advice). For me, a solid foundation in financial literacy has been invaluable. It has decreased my time on money worries to concentrate on what matters to me, especially during my divorce. I want to equip others with the same tools.

    But I don't need/want to learn about financial literacy…

As I mentioned before, we are not confined to discussing only financial literacy. I have found that whether the learning topic is financial literacy, weight loss, time management, or relationships, they are each an introduction to coaching concepts and to put those ideas into practice.

Financial literacy is just a starting point to have a conversation.

  • That is up to you.

I may suggest exercises to apply the concepts in your own life.

  • I will respond to your inquiry.

You are not automatically enrolled in any email newsletters.

  • At the session, we will get to know each other to see if we would work well together. I will provide information about next steps if you want to sign up for a coaching package. There is no obligation.
